• Introduction of electronic signature collection, eliminating the need for paper handling and post-transaction scanning efforts.

13.4 BioSP WebEnroll: BioSP Express – Identity Management

• Preconfigured workflows for identity management that make adoption seamless and prepare you for future requirements and regulatory changes.
• Enhanced PIV Card fingerprint optimization, guiding enrollees through a fingerprint capture process that identifies the optimal prints to load on the PIV card.
• Identity document scanning integrated into transactions to reduce paper consumption and minimize effort.
• Introducing support for signature pads, expanding simple screen capture to include point-of-sale style devices for easier, higher-quality signature capture.
• The introduction of new BPMN workflows and automating processes to ensure compliance with federal requirements.
