We are excited to introduce additions to the Knomi family. Knomi now adds document support to complement its offering of face and voice. New unified SDK combining face and document capture, new sample app, integration of document validation, and an enhancement on face matcher.

What is new:

Knomi 8.0 – Knomi Mobile SDK, Knomi Document Validation, Knomi Face Matcher :

• New combined Knomi mobile SDK
  Introducing a new SDK for native iOS and native Android that combines face and document capture. This unified SDK combines face and document capture into an enrollment or verification workflow.
• New sample app
  The new sample app included in Knomi Mobile SDK is excellent for showcasing or learning how to use Knomi. It is configurable, allowing customers to choose the authentication method, workflow, camera, and the balance of security versus usability.
• Integration of document validation
  Introducing a new Knomi service for validating documents. This service supports integration with the Knomi Mobile SDK so that documents captured on the phone can be validated for accuracy and authenticity. This service abstracts document validation providers with a standardized API so you won’t be locked into a single provider.
• Knomi face matcher
  Knomi face matcher increased its ease of use by improving the update endpoint to allow both new and existing encounters to be used.

Enhancement:

• Knomi 7.15 – Knomi Face Matcher:
  Face-matching accuracy has been significantly increased. To get a better understanding of the progress, please refer to the attached graph that illustrates the face matcher improvement over time.
